Shipping and Delivery Policy
This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to physical products purchased from Bhatt Group Ltd through ReviewMinister, including NFC cards, NFC tags, QR cards, stickers, displays, printed materials, personalised products, replacement products, and related accessories.
This Policy explains production times, dispatch, delivery estimates, tracking, available territories, failed delivery, damaged parcels, customs, international charges, and delivery-related customer responsibilities.
Production time and delivery time are separate. The delivery estimate normally begins after the product has been manufactured, personalised, encoded, quality checked, and dispatched.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to:
- physical products ordered through the Website or Platform;
- personalised and non-personalised NFC and QR products;
- replacement and reissued products;
- domestic and international deliveries;
- delivery arranged through postal, courier, or fulfilment providers.
Digital subscriptions, digital services, downloadable content, and Platform access are not physically shipped.
2. Order Processing
An Order enters processing after:
- payment has been successfully authorised or received;
- all required delivery details have been provided;
- all required artwork, branding, links, and personalisation details have been received;
- any required proof has been approved;
- the Order has passed applicable fraud, security, or verification checks.
We may place an Order on hold where information is missing, unclear, invalid, or requires confirmation.
Production and delivery estimates may not begin until the required issue has been resolved.
3. Production Time
Production time is the period required to prepare the physical product before dispatch.
Production may include:
- artwork review and preparation;
- proof creation and approval;
- printing, cutting, engraving, or finishing;
- NFC encoding and configuration;
- QR code generation and testing;
- quality inspection;
- packaging and fulfilment preparation.
| Product Type | Estimated Production Time | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Standard non-personalised products | 2 working days | Applies where the product is in stock and requires no custom artwork or specialist configuration. |
| Personalised NFC or QR products | 3 working days | Normally begins after final artwork and configuration approval. |
| Large or custom Orders | 3 working days | A specific estimate may be provided before production begins. |
| Replacement products | 3 working days | Begins after the replacement has been approved. |
Production times are estimates unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed production deadline in writing.
4. Factors That May Delay Production
Production may be delayed by:
- missing or incorrect artwork;
- late proof approval;
- changes requested after approval;
- incorrect review or destination links;
- large quantities or specialist materials;
- stock shortages;
- equipment failure;
- payment verification or fraud checks;
- public holidays or seasonal demand;
- events outside our reasonable control.
Where practical, we will notify the customer if a material production delay is expected.
5. Dispatch
Dispatch means that the parcel has been prepared and handed to the postal, courier, or fulfilment provider.
A dispatch confirmation may include:
- the Order number;
- the carrier or postal provider;
- the dispatch date;
- a tracking reference, where available;
- an estimated delivery period;
- delivery instructions or carrier contact details.
A tracking number being created does not always mean that the carrier has physically scanned or collected the parcel. Tracking may take time to update.
6. Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates are calculated from dispatch, not from the date the Order was placed.
| Destination | Estimated Delivery After Dispatch | Tracking |
|---|---|---|
| United Kingdom | ||
| Europe | ||
| United States and Canada | ||
| Other supported international territories |
Delivery estimates exclude production time, customs clearance, local import procedures, and delays outside our reasonable control.
Unless a specific date has been expressly agreed, delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
7. Delivery Within the United Kingdom
We may deliver to supported addresses in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and eligible islands or remote areas.
Additional delivery time or charges may apply to:
- Northern Ireland;
- the Scottish Highlands and Islands;
- the Isle of Man;
- the Channel Islands;
- other remote or restricted postcode areas.
Availability and charges will normally be shown during checkout or confirmed before dispatch.
8. International Delivery Territories
We may ship to the countries or territories listed at: .
International delivery availability may depend on:
- carrier coverage;
- product type and quantity;
- customs restrictions;
- sanctions and trade controls;
- local import rules;
- delivery cost and insurance availability;
- serviceability of the destination address.
We may refuse or cancel an international Order where lawful delivery is not reasonably available.
9. Countries and Addresses We May Not Serve
We may be unable to deliver to:
- countries or regions subject to applicable sanctions or trade restrictions;
- territories not supported by our carriers;
- PO Boxes where the selected carrier does not accept them;
- military addresses where service is unavailable;
- freight-forwarding addresses where risk cannot reasonably be managed;
- incomplete, unverifiable, or unsafe delivery addresses;
- locations where the product is restricted or prohibited.
10. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may depend on:
- destination country and postcode;
- parcel size and weight;
- product quantity;
- selected delivery service;
- tracking, signature, or insurance requirements;
- remote-area surcharges;
- carrier and fulfilment costs.
The applicable shipping charge will normally be shown at checkout or confirmed before the Order is accepted.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, shipping charges do not include foreign customs duty, import VAT, brokerage fees, or local handling charges.
11. Delivery Address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
The address should include, where applicable:
- recipient name;
- company or organisation name;
- building number or name;
- street address;
- town or city;
- county, state, province, or region;
- postcode or ZIP code;
- country;
- contact telephone number;
- delivery instructions.
We are not responsible for delay or non-delivery caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or improperly formatted address information supplied by the customer.
12. Address Changes
Address-change requests should be submitted immediately through: .
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the Order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched.
Where a carrier address correction, parcel recall, redirection, or reshipment is possible, additional charges may apply.
13. Tracking
Tracking will be provided where it is included with the selected delivery service.
Tracking information may show:
- label creation;
- carrier collection;
- processing at carrier facilities;
- customs clearance;
- delivery attempts;
- delivery completion;
- return to sender.
Some lower-cost postal services may provide limited tracking or no end-to-end tracking.
Tracking events are supplied by the carrier and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
14. Delivery Notifications
Carriers may send delivery notifications by email, text message, telephone, or their own application.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and responding promptly to:
- delivery instructions;
- customs or import requests;
- address-verification requests;
- missed-delivery notices;
- collection deadlines;
- carrier payment requests for lawful import charges.
15. Delivery Attempts
The carrier may:
- deliver directly to the recipient;
- leave the parcel in an agreed safe place;
- deliver to a neighbour where permitted;
- deliver to a reception desk, mailroom, or parcel locker;
- attempt redelivery;
- hold the parcel at a collection location;
- return the parcel to us after unsuccessful attempts.
Available options depend on the carrier, delivery service, local rules, and customer instructions.
16. Safe-Place and Neighbour Delivery
Where a customer authorises delivery to a safe place, neighbour, reception area, parcel locker, or other alternative location, delivery may be treated as completed when the carrier records delivery to that authorised location.
Customers should not select a location that is insecure, exposed to weather, inaccessible, or unsuitable for the parcel.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Failed Delivery
A delivery may fail because:
- the address is incorrect or incomplete;
- the recipient is unavailable;
- access to the building is restricted;
- the recipient refuses the parcel;
- the parcel is not collected within the carrier’s deadline;
- customs information or charges are not completed or paid;
- the carrier cannot safely reach the address;
- the destination is not serviceable.
Where a delivery fails because of customer-supplied information, customer inaction, refusal, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer may be responsible for:
- return-to-sender charges;
- storage fees;
- customs or carrier charges;
- repackaging costs;
- reshipping charges;
- the cost of producing a replacement personalised product where required.
18. Returned-to-Sender Parcels
Where a parcel is returned to us, we may contact the customer to confirm whether redelivery is required.
Before redelivery, the customer may be required to:
- confirm or correct the delivery address;
- pay additional delivery charges;
- pay any return or handling charges;
- provide additional customs or identity information.
Personalised products returned because of a failed delivery are not automatically eligible for a refund.
19. Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed by events outside our reasonable control, including:
- carrier disruption;
- postal strikes or labour disputes;
- customs clearance;
- border disruption;
- severe weather;
- transport accidents;
- public holidays;
- peak seasonal demand;
- natural disasters;
- war, terrorism, civil unrest, or sanctions;
- epidemics, pandemics, or government restrictions;
- incorrect customs or delivery information.
We will take reasonable steps to assist with delayed deliveries, but we do not control carrier networks, customs authorities, or local delivery providers.
20. Orders Not Delivered
A parcel should not be treated as lost merely because it has not arrived by the estimated date.
Before reporting non-delivery, customers should:
- review the latest tracking information;
- check the delivery address on the Order;
- check with household members, neighbours, reception, or the mailroom;
- look for a safe-place or missed-delivery notice;
- contact the carrier where instructed;
- allow the carrier’s stated investigation period.
A missing delivery should be reported through: .
21. Reporting Non-Delivery
A non-delivery report should include:
- the Order number;
- the delivery address;
- the tracking number;
- the expected delivery date;
- the latest tracking status;
- confirmation that the surrounding area and alternative delivery locations were checked;
- any communication received from the carrier.
We may open an investigation with the carrier before approving redelivery, replacement, or refund.
22. Parcels Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that a parcel was delivered but it cannot be located, the customer should notify us promptly.
We may ask the carrier to provide:
- delivery coordinates;
- a delivery photograph;
- a signature;
- safe-place information;
- the name or location of the recipient;
- driver or depot confirmation.
We will assess the available evidence and the customer’s legal rights before determining the appropriate resolution.
23. Damaged Parcels
Customers should inspect parcels promptly upon delivery.
Where the outer packaging appears damaged, crushed, torn, opened, wet, or resealed, the customer should:
- take clear photographs before opening where possible;
- photograph the shipping label;
- photograph the internal packaging;
- photograph each affected product;
- retain all packaging and damaged items;
- report the issue promptly.
Where the carrier permits it, the customer may record that the parcel was received damaged.
24. Reporting Damage
A damaged-delivery claim should be submitted through: .
The report should include:
- the Order number;
- the date of delivery;
- the quantity affected;
- clear photographs or video;
- a description of the damage;
- photographs of all packaging and labels;
- confirmation that the items and packaging have been retained.
We may require the damaged parcel to be returned or made available for carrier inspection.
25. Missing or Incorrect Items
If an Order contains missing, incorrect, or incomplete products, the customer should notify us promptly.
The customer should provide:
- the Order number;
- the items expected;
- the items received;
- photographs of the parcel contents;
- photographs of the packaging and shipping label;
- details of any visible parcel damage or tampering.
26. Delivery Remedies
Where we confirm that an Order has been lost, damaged, incorrectly delivered, or supplied incorrectly, an appropriate remedy may include:
- carrier investigation;
- redelivery;
- replacement;
- repair or reconfiguration;
- a partial refund;
- a full refund where applicable.
The remedy will depend on the circumstances, available evidence, product type, personalisation, carrier outcome, applicable contract, and statutory rights.
27. Customs and Import Charges
International deliveries may be subject to:
- import VAT or sales tax;
- customs duty;
- excise duty where applicable;
- brokerage or clearance fees;
- carrier administration charges;
- local handling or storage charges;
- other taxes or government charges.
Unless the checkout or Order Confirmation expressly states that duties and taxes are included, the recipient is responsible for customs clearance and all import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and local charges imposed by the destination country or carrier.
28. Customs Information
International customers must provide complete and accurate information required for customs and delivery.
This may include:
- the recipient’s full legal name;
- company or tax registration details;
- telephone number and email address;
- national or importer identification numbers where legally required;
- accurate product and delivery information;
- documents requested by customs or the carrier.
We will complete customs declarations based on the product and transaction information available to us.
We will not mark commercial Orders as gifts or provide false values, descriptions, or origin information.
29. Customs Delays
Customs authorities may inspect, delay, hold, open, reject, or return a parcel.
Customs clearance time is outside our direct control and is not included in normal delivery estimates.
Customers must respond promptly to lawful requests from customs authorities or carriers.
30. Unpaid Customs Charges
If the recipient refuses or fails to pay required customs or import charges:
- the parcel may be held;
- storage charges may accrue;
- the parcel may be abandoned or destroyed;
- the parcel may be returned to us;
- the customer may be responsible for return and reshipping costs.
A personalised product returned because import charges were not paid is not automatically eligible for a refund.
31. Incoterms and Duty Status
Unless otherwise stated in the Order Confirmation, international deliveries are supplied on a basis under which the recipient is responsible for import clearance, duties, taxes, and local charges.
Where we expressly offer a delivery service that includes duties or taxes, this will be identified at checkout or in the Order Confirmation.
32. Carrier Selection
We may select the carrier and service based on:
- destination;
- parcel size and weight;
- value and insurance requirements;
- delivery speed;
- service availability;
- tracking and signature requirements;
- operational and cost considerations.
We may use a different carrier from one previously used or shown during an estimate where reasonably necessary.
33. Split Shipments
An Order may be dispatched in more than one parcel where:
- products are produced at different locations;
- part of the Order is ready earlier;
- parcel size or weight limits apply;
- separate packaging reduces the risk of damage;
- operational reasons require separate fulfilment.
Split shipments may have separate tracking numbers and delivery dates.
34. Refused Deliveries
If a customer or recipient refuses delivery without a valid legal reason, the customer may be responsible for:
- return delivery charges;
- customs and carrier charges;
- storage or handling charges;
- reshipping costs;
- non-refundable personalised production costs.
35. Business Delivery Addresses
For deliveries to offices, shops, hotels, reception desks, shared buildings, warehouses, and similar locations, delivery may be completed when the parcel is accepted by an authorised or apparently authorised person at that location.
Customers should ensure that the recipient name, business name, department, building access details, and opening hours are accurate.
36. Delivery Deadlines
If delivery by a particular date is essential, the customer must inform us before placing the Order or before production begins.
A requested date does not become guaranteed unless we expressly accept it in writing.
Customers should allow sufficient time for production, dispatch, transit, customs, and possible delays before events, promotions, openings, or other fixed dates.
37. Risk and Ownership
Risk and ownership of physical products will pass in accordance with the applicable Terms & Conditions and mandatory law.
For consumer Orders, nothing in this Policy removes responsibility that the law places on us for ensuring that goods reach the customer or an authorised delivery location.
38. Fraud and Delivery Verification
To protect customers and prevent fraud, we may:
- verify the billing and delivery address;
- request proof of identity or authority;
- require signature on delivery;
- restrict delivery to the verified billing country or address;
- cancel or hold high-risk Orders;
- share necessary delivery and fraud-prevention information with service providers.
39. Personal Data Used for Delivery
We may provide carriers and fulfilment providers with personal data required to process and deliver the Order, including:
- recipient name;
- delivery address;
- telephone number;
- email address;
- Order and parcel information;
- customs and tax information where required.
Further information is available in our Privacy Policy.
40. Delivery Support
Delivery questions, address corrections, tracking issues, damaged parcels, and missing Orders should be submitted through:
Customers should quote the Order number in all delivery-related communications.
41. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where the customer is acting as a consumer, applicable law may provide rights relating to delivery, non-delivery, damaged goods, incorrect goods, and goods that are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described.
Where no alternative delivery period has been agreed, UK distance-selling rules generally require goods to be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is entered into.
42. Relationship With Other Policies
This Policy should be read together with:
- Terms & Conditions;
- Refund Policy;
- NFC and QR Product Policy;
- Privacy Policy;
- Acceptable Use Policy.
If this Policy conflicts with mandatory consumer law, mandatory law will apply.
43. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect:
- changes to carriers or fulfilment providers;
- changes to available delivery territories;
- changes to production or delivery estimates;
- changes to customs or import requirements;
- changes to available delivery services;
- changes in applicable law.
The version and dates shown at the top identify the current Policy.
