Review Authenticity and Ethical Use Policy
ReviewMinister is operated by Bhatt Group Ltd. The Platform helps genuine customers express their genuine experiences clearly through optional AI-assisted review suggestions.
This Policy explains the standards that businesses, users, and reviewers must follow when using our review-generation, feedback, QR, NFC, and review link services.
Our core principle: AI may help a real customer describe a real experience, but it must never be used to invent the customer, the transaction, the opinion, or the experience.
1. How AI Review Suggestions Work
AI Assists—The Customer Decides
A customer may provide a star rating, select experience-related options, choose a language, and optionally provide their own feedback. The Platform uses this information to generate suggested review wording.
The customer remains in control and may:
- review the suggested text;
- edit it to reflect their experience accurately;
- request another suggestion;
- copy it voluntarily;
- decide not to use or publish it.
The Platform does not automatically publish the generated review to Google or another third-party review platform.
2. Reviews Must Reflect Genuine Experiences
Review suggestions may only be created or used for a genuine experience involving the relevant business, product, service, or location.
Users must not:
- generate reviews for transactions or experiences that did not occur;
- create reviews using fictional or stolen identities;
- ask employees, contractors, friends, or relatives to pose as customers;
- generate reviews for their own business while pretending to be independent customers;
- create false negative reviews about competitors;
- use bots, scripts, multiple Accounts, or organised groups to produce artificial reviews.
3. AI Must Not Invent Material Facts
AI-generated wording should be based on the information provided by the customer and the genuine context of their experience.
The Platform must not be intentionally used to invent:
- purchases, visits, appointments, or transactions;
- staff interactions that did not happen;
- product features or service outcomes not experienced;
- false claims, endorsements, awards, or guarantees;
- facts that materially change the meaning of the customer’s experience.
Customers should review and correct suggested text before publishing it.
4. Honest Feedback of Every Sentiment
Customers must remain free to express positive, neutral, or negative experiences honestly.
Businesses must not:
- require a particular star rating;
- pressure customers to submit positive wording;
- threaten or penalise customers for negative feedback;
- prevent dissatisfied customers from accessing a public review option;
- use private feedback solely to suppress genuine negative public reviews;
- ask customers to remove or change truthful criticism improperly.
5. Review Gating Is Prohibited
Businesses must not create a misleading review journey that directs only satisfied customers to a public review platform while preventing or discouraging dissatisfied customers from leaving an honest review.
A business may offer customer-support or private-feedback options, but these must not be used to remove the customer’s freedom to submit a genuine public review.
6. Incentivised Reviews
Businesses must not offer money, discounts, refunds, gifts, competition entries, loyalty benefits, or other rewards in exchange for a positive review.
Where an incentive for an honest review is legally permitted:
- it must apply regardless of whether the review is positive or negative;
- the customer must remain free to give an honest opinion;
- the incentive must be disclosed where required;
- the review must comply with the destination platform’s rules.
Users must not conceal that a review was incentivised.
7. No Automatic or Unauthorised Publishing
Generating a suggestion does not authorise us or the business to publish it in the customer’s name.
The customer must personally decide whether to copy, edit, submit, or publish the review using their own account on the relevant review platform.
Users must not:
- obtain a customer’s third-party login credentials;
- publish reviews from a customer’s account without permission;
- automate review posting where the destination platform prohibits it;
- attribute generated wording to someone who did not approve it.
8. Compliance With Third-Party Platforms
Users must comply with the content, authenticity, incentive, automation, and review rules of Google and any other destination platform.
We do not control whether a third-party platform accepts, displays, removes, verifies, or ranks a review.
Use of ReviewMinister does not guarantee that a review will be published or retained by a third-party platform.
9. Business Responsibilities
Businesses using the Platform are responsible for:
