You must not use it to create fake reviews, manipulate customer ratings, mislead consumers, harass individuals, distribute unlawful marketing, impersonate another person, attack systems, scrape data without authorisation, or facilitate illegal or harmful activity.

- use the Platform in a manner that creates unreasonable risk for us or others.
3. Review Authenticity
Reviews and review suggestions must reflect genuine experiences and must not be created, commissioned, edited, selected, displayed, or distributed in a misleading way.
You must not:
- write or generate a review for an experience that did not occur;
- ask employees, agents, contractors, relatives, or associates to pose as genuine customers;
- commission, purchase, sell, exchange, or arrange fake reviews;
- use bots, click farms, review farms, scripts, or organised groups to generate reviews;

- alter the substance of a customer’s experience to make it materially more positive or negative;
- misrepresent the origin, verification status, date, volume, or sentiment of reviews.
Fake reviews are strictly prohibited. The Platform may assist a genuine customer with expressing a genuine experience. It must never be used to invent the customer, the transaction, or the experience.
4. Review Gating and Selective Solicitation
You must not use the Platform to create a misleading picture of consumer opinion.

- pressure customers to change, delete, or withhold a genuine negative review;

- the arrangement must comply with the destination platform’s rules.
You must not:
- conceal that a review was incentivised;
